Kristin Moseley, Luxury Sales Agent joined Compass in October 2025. Prior to joining Compass, she served as a Luxury Sales Agent with Vanguard Properties beginning in 2019, where she was consistently one of Vanguard’s Top Producers (2019 – 2023). Kristin has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and has over 10 years of professional experience and progressive leadership in financial services. Prior to joining Vanguard, Kristin was Vice President, Marketing and Client Service for Lateef Investment Management, a bottom-up, concentrated, growth equity manager; Marketing and Operations Principal at Hovan Capital Management, a biotechnology hedge fund manager; and Investor Relations Officer for Marin Capital Partners, a quantitative convertible arbitrage hedge fund manager.

Kristin’s strong background in sales, compliance, financial services, and real estate has given her a deep understanding of the importance of impeccable detail, discretion, and professionalism whether she is working with first-time home buyers or ultra-high-net-worth clientele. She fully realizes that purchasing a property is often both an emotional and financial decision, and that many people’s homes are their largest personal investment.

Kristin was raised in a multi-generational residential and commercial real estate family in Sonoma County and has extensive knowledge of real estate, property management, and property development. Most recently, Kristin and her husband Jeff developed the French Oak Ranch (a 300-acre wedding venue and event site in the Wine Country). Kristin and Jeff work together as a team (Moseley & Associates) at Compass, and specialize in extraordinary view, waterfront, and private beach properties in Marin County, Lake Tahoe, and the Wine Country. They have lived together in Tiburon for over 25 years with their two daughters Chandler and Morgan, and their son Croix.

Jeff Moseley, Senior Broker Associate has been a real estate broker for 27 years. Jeff joined Compass in October 2025 and was previously a Senior Broker Associate with Vanguard Properties from 2018 until 2025, and was consistently a Top Producer at Vanguard (2018 – 2023). Previously, Jeff was a Senior Broker Associate for Sotheby's International Realty for five years. Prior to Sotheby's, Jeff was owner and president of Anchor Realty, a successful boutique real estate brokerage firm established in Tiburon in 1979. Jeff has a strong sales background. In prior years, Jeff worked for Oracle Corporation and John Hancock in Beverly Hills. Jeff received his BA degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California.

Jeff has extensive experience and knowledge of land entitlement, development, and home construction that far exceeds the industry norm. Jeff was raised in a multi-generational real estate, land development, and marine construction family. His father and grandfather were developers of prominent real estate developments in the Bay Area including Tiburon, Hillsborough, and Corte Madera as well as the Virgin Islands. Jeff's father grew up in the famous Carolands mansion, and his grandfather developed the property surrounding the estate, which is now the cornerstone of the Hillsborough community. His family also developed Paradise Cay, a waterfront community in Tiburon modeled after Balboa Island in Newport Beach. Additionally, Jeff and his family developed the Paradise Cay Yacht Harbor. Jeff has been one of the most successful brokers in Marin County for 25 years, specializing in luxury waterfront and private beach properties. Jeff’s unique approach of touring his clients by boat on the San Francisco Bay, when appropriate, is very efficient and gives his buyers a different perspective on properties.

Jeff was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Marin County when he was 10. He resides in Tiburon with his wife Kristin, and their son and two daughters. Jeff’s children are the fifth generation of Moseleys being raised in Marin County. Jeff is a two-time World Champion sailor and grew up skiing competitively in Squaw Valley with his two younger brothers, Rick and Olympic Gold medalist Jonny Moseley. He enjoys sailing (and all water sports), wing foiling, skiing, golf, mountain biking, and motocross.
